Returns
We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food or treats
- Grooming products that have been used
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
